Summer Policy

After many years of gourmet cuisine, today the restaurant is reserved for hotel guests only to dedicate them a table expressly aimed at them with a proposal of quality local cuisine respecting the raw materials of Liguria, the aromas and herbs that you can also find in the vegetable garden while strolling around the hotel. There will also be some 'historical' dishes from Claudio's cuisine and a wide range of regional and national wines to give you an excellent gastronomic experience on a magnificent terrace.

For Dinner you can opt and reserve for one of the different time slots 19.00 19.30 20.00 20.15.

Some outdoor aperitif areas will welcome you before and after dinner.

Our Pool Bar in the pool area is at your disposal with an informal lunch proposal.

We have a private beach, access to which is by reservation only, subject to availability (this service is not included in the hotel rate).

Pets are only allowed on request, as only some rooms are designated for such use, and an additional charge of EUR 10 per day applies.

For guests of Residence Borgo San Sebastiano, use of the pool is only in the morning time slot
